The ACME Managed SOC provides continuous monitoring of client environments using Microsoft Sentinel as the primary SIEM platform, enriched with commercial threat intelligence feeds and custom detection rules developed for the Middle East threat landscape. The SOC team handles alert triage, incident investigation, and coordinated response escalating to client IT teams when required and managing containment actions directly with client authorisation.
