ACME, in collaboration with Bahrain’s Information & eGovernment Authority (IGA) and Microsoft, hosted a landmark event on 26 February 2025 bringing together technology leaders from across government ministries and bodies to explore the transformative potential of AI-driven solutions for the public sector.
The event, titled “Unlocking the Future of AI Innovation”, was attended by industry leaders from various ministries and government bodies in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Hosted by ACME, it showcased Microsoft’s latest advancements in Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-driven security solutions designed to accelerate the digital transformation of government services and enhance the efficiency and security of public sector operations.
The event held additional significance as it coincided with the renewal of Microsoft’s Enterprise Agreement with the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain a milestone that underlines the kingdom’s commitment to adopting world-class technology platforms to modernise government services and deliver a smarter, more connected public sector. ACME’s role as a facilitator of this agreement reflects its deep expertise in Microsoft solutions and its trusted relationships with the kingdom’s key institutions.
Copilot, Fabric and AI-Driven Security for Government
Attendees explored how Microsoft Copilot Microsoft’s AI assistant integrated across its productivity and cloud platforms is enabling government employees to work more efficiently, summarise information faster and automate routine tasks. Microsoft Fabric, a unified analytics platform, was demonstrated as a way to bring together data from across government agencies into a single, governed environment delivering insights at the speed that modern governance demands.
AI-driven security solutions were also a major theme of the event, with demonstrations of how Microsoft’s security portfolio powered by AI is helping government organisations detect threats, respond faster and protect citizen data in an increasingly complex cyber landscape. ACME’s systems integration expertise ensures these solutions are deployed effectively and in line with the specific requirements of Bahraini government institutions.
